I offer support either on a project/ad-hoc basis or through monthly retainers. If you’re unsure which option is best, we can discuss this on a discovery call.
New clients often start with ad-hoc based support so we can understand task requirements and working style. Ongoing support can then move onto a monthly retainer if appropriate.

*Retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable, as they reserve availability. Unused hours cannot be carried over into the following month.
